Politics is in the air and it’s difficult to know how our faith should connect with the way we deal with political and social issues. For many, faith is private and politics is equally private, and there should be no connection between the two. But, is there another way for us to live faithfully in the public square without infringing on the rights of others or imposing one’s religious views on others? These are the kind of questions we’ll be dealing with on Wednesday evening, August 29th, from 7:00-8:30 PM.
Central Woodward is sponsoring this conversation about living faithfully in the public square, which will be led by Pastor Bob Cornwall, who recently published a book focusing on just this topic — Faith in the Public Square (Energion Publications, 2012).
Books will be available for purchase and after the presentation there will be a book signing.
So, won’t you join us?
